Michael has been an integral part of AJFD from the start, bringing expertise in legal, finance, and accounting while also playing a key role in fabrication and large-scale event production.
With experience in both public and private sectors, his background spans process improvement, enterprise risk governance, and project management. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
When he’s not engineering stunning event installations or diving into research, Michael enjoys the outdoors—spending his free time fishing, skiing, and hunting—or making memories with his amazing kiddos.

Anna joined AJFD at the start of the 2026 season, bringing ten years of experience across the events world, from nonprofit galas and political organizing to luxury weddings.
As production manager, she bridges the creative design side and the administrative logistics. Anna thrives on variety, whether she's sourcing unique vintage pieces to personalize a wedding design or ensuring timelines and staffing run seamlessly. Her true passions are textiles and color coded spreadsheets.
Born and raised in the Mountain West, Anna is most at home on the river, enjoying a beautiful day on the snow or creating something new with her ever growing hoard of fabric.

Heather’s journey with AJFD began in 2014 when Amanda and Michael designed her wedding, sparking an instant friendship. In 2016, she officially joined the team as an administrative assistant—a role perfectly suited to her strengths in organization, coordination, and execution.
While her background isn’t in design, Heather thrives behind the scenes, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. Her passion lies in bringing ideas to life and easing the stress of those around her, giving them the confidence to hand off tasks knowing they’ll be handled seamlessly.
Having been with AJFD through its growth from Georgia to Montana, she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
