Oh, spring! You are my absolute favorite of all time. You bring us hyacinths, daffodils, blooming cherry blossoms, and tulips. We were able to get a little glimpse of spring a few weeks ago when we were asked by Jonathan & Kaye to build two flower crowns for their bridal shoot.
The first crown we made was asymmetrical with shades of yellow, pink and orange ranunculus and bits of pieris. The beautiful model really pulled it off with these stunning dresses by Simply Bridal and I love how Jonathan & Kaye captured the crown in many ways.
The second crown took a bit more time to build as each bloom of wax flower was plucked from its branch and then threaded with a needle to create this double loop floral crown. A one of a kind crown for sure and one that you do not see very much. If, ever. :)
Which one is your favorite?
